Sarah is a mom of 2 boys and a Kindergarten teacher of 15 years. Sarah fell in love with the yoga practice 6 yearsa ago. She realized the value of incorporating her yoga tools, including breathwork and mindfulness, into her daily classroom with her young students. Upon completing her yoga training in 2020 and receiving her RYT-200, she continued her yoga journey and persued her training w CosmicKid Yoga, obtaining her Kid Yoga Instructor in 2022. She currently teaches Power yoga classes and Family yoga classes at inPower Yoga in Grimsby. Sarah brings energy, joy, and positivity with her wherever she teaches, whether it's in the studio or classroom.
Description
This 90-minute class blends the best of movement, mindfulness, and self-reflection. Begin with a gentle introduction to Power Yoga, designed to awaken the body and build strength and confidence. Class will flow into restorative poses with calming asana to allow for deep relaxation and reflection. Intention setting and journaling throughout. BYOJ (bring own journal)
