General terms of Soar with Sarah
General Terms and Conditions
The following terms shall be deemed to be accepted by theParticipant/Parent/Guardian as an agreement between Soar with Sarah/Sarah Bigger, upon registering themselves/their child on Momoyoga and completion of the registration:
Payment/Refund
1) Payment is to be made via Momoyoga website and full payment is required prior to the first class
2) Soar with Sarah does not offer refunds for any reason whatsoever, other than as part of the First Class Guarantee (see below).
First Class Guarantee: Soar with Sarah will refund the fees paid for a session, minus the first class payment/portion, if after attending the first class, the participant does not wish to continue with classes
3) Soar with Sarah reserves the right to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (facility closure, Covid lockdown, extreme weather etc). In the event that Soar with Sarah cancels a class, you will be fully refunded for classes missed.
Illness/Medical Disclosure
4) The participant/parent/guardian and child registered must not attend any class whilst suffering from any serious illness or contagious disease or similar thereto.
5) All emergency medical information and any other necessary information about the participant/child is disclosed to Sarah prior to the first class via email or in person communication. The participant/parent/guardian agrees that all information is accurate and up to date and that if any information changes, Sarah will be notified immediately. Registration and participation in a class, acknowledges the participant is in good health and has been approved by a doctor's direction to participate in yoga practice.
6) In case of an emergency, Sarah will follow reasonable protocol based on First Aid and CPR training. Sarah is responsible for the care of the child during the session times and will act on your behalf, as per your wishes outlined therein.
Photographs/Social Media
7) Participant/Parent/Guardian grants permission for photographs taken during classes can be used for professional promotion via Soar with Sarah's marketing avenues (Instagram, flyers, posters). Images that are taken during the classes, belong to Soar with Sarah and will only be used for professional promotions. Notify Sarah if you wish to opt out of this agreement prior to class.
