Hereby I agree to participate voluntarily and at my own risk in treatments, classes and workshops of Tamara Koopman/SoulTree Studio.

Also, consumption of food and drinks as part of Tamara Koopman/SoulTree Studio’s treatments, classes and workshops are at my own risk.
