Kevin specializes in the following areas of mindfulness. • Power Vinyasa • Himalayan Kriya Yoga • Yoga Nidra • Intention Setting • Gong Bath Meditation • Kundalini Yoga • Pranayama • Chanting & Mantras • Meditation • Reiki / Energy Balancing Instruments incorporated into the sound therapy practice. • Gongs • Crystal Bowls • Tibetan Bowls • Harmonium • Flutes • Drums/Rattle • Kalimba • Ukulele • Voice   Kevin’s practice is focused on consciously accessing the inner teacher and increasing the level of our own personal awareness. These practices help to release the body's mental and physical layers of tension we so often deeply hold onto. Through the practices of cultivating our listening skills, we grow amidst both the noise and the silence of vibration. We seek to re-establish health and harmony by un-obstructing the flow of prana through the body's energy channels and connecting to our innate divine essence that is our natural authentic self. What is Kriya Yoga
Kriya Yoga is a sacred science and ancient technology passed down in a specific lineage from master to teacher to student. It is a practice of energy yoga where we use dynamic movements, mudras, mantras, tapping, shaking, stretching and breath work to clear our energy channels and realign oneself to an authentic human experience. Classes are typically accompanied by music to inspire the flow of energy.

Kriya means action that aligns us with awareness.

In Kriya we take action through the processes of stillness, awareness, connection, meditation, and dynamic movement and breathwork. In this, it allows us to get into our bodies to release stagnate energy, blockages, non-positive thoughts, patterns, fears, and stories that is sitting deep inside our bodies. We take action to cleanse these blocks by opening the energy channels.

Benefits can include:
· Reduces stress and anxiety
· Mental clarity
· Improved physical health
· Increased dopamine, serotonin and endorphin levels
· Brain hemisphere coherence
· Deeper meditative states
· Emotional release
· Improved concentration

A Kriya Yoga practice is available to all levels, body types and experience levels. It is fun. It is challenging. It is a connection to yourself and to others in the class.

What is a soundbath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience facilitated by the use of gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, flutes, drums and other instruments to slow down the overactive mind. As the instruments help take us into a predominant Theta brainwave state, we are able to become the witness to the energetics of our mind/body/soul connection. The specific frequencies, harmonics and cosmic sounds help to realign ourselves to a balanced state and help remove stagnations and blockages that keep us from our optimism health. These sounds help to reduce entanglements and distortions our bodies hold on to through the stories and traumas stuck in our body.

It is called a sound bath as every cell of our body is bathed in vibrations, gently releasing old patterns and smoothing out the rough edges we hold onto. Being in Theta state sends signals to the body to relax deeply and engage the restoration process. One hour of a sound bath is equivalent to 3-4 hours of deep sleep at night.
