The ancient art and science embedded in Traditional Chinese Medicine as well as Ayurveda is a practice that supports physical, mental, and spiritual health. It is a practice that anyone can make use of for treatment of all manner of imbalance or, to bolster balance that is present. I am also a licensed mental health practitioner and find that even a short but consistent practice of these disciplines according to ones ability is very life giving and healing. In this class we will use the time to engage with improved breathing, mindfulness practice, qigong, tai chi, and yoga practice. Attendees will have opportunity to take foundational skills with them to begin their own daily practice and to connect with a community of others in the class for that collective goal of well-being. The primary focus is a warm and accepting environment for anyone in need of movement based relaxation. The class is both online and in person at our studio!
