You are invited to light the fire inside of you ar Lorelei's IGNITE. This is a traditional yoga flow class sprinkled with a little pilates to build strength in the body. You have the option to add weights to build a larger fire. THis class will connect your breath to your movements and spark the spirit through the body and mind.
