We follow the needs of the students that are in class. This week we are focusing on the My Body Pilates series For precision, strength, stability, length.
Other weeks we concentrate on what I call the thigh socket series, isolating, and strengthening the core in relation to gravity. Or the Trademarked Mitzvah Technique as created by Nehemia Cohen of Toronto Canada, you can look that up.
On other days, we might include some Zoga as created by Wojcek PT from Poland.
