We are happy to share the practice of yoga for wellbeing of body mind and spirit. The following general studio guidelines support a respectful and healthy yoga practice and a healthy community. We have both morning, evening and sunrise classes
~Momoyoga (www.momoyoga.com/spiyoga/register) is our online registration system where you can pre register for class and make contactless payment. We also accept CC, check and cash payments at the studio.
~Pre registration is available up to one hour before class time.
~Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to class time in order to open spots up for other yogis. In a pinch call or text us. 956-761-9642
~classes are limited to 18 students.
~studio will be open 30 minutes prior to class.
~arrive early to settle & focus in
~~Bring your own mat and props when possible.
