Class is focused on deep stretching by holding poses for 30 seconds to 1 minute at a time. Perfect for beginners as well as yogis that need a more restorative practice.

This class will be taught in English and is good for beginner yogis and yogis that already have a practice.

The class will be a combination of vinyasa flow as well as hatha (holding poses). If you have any medical sensitivities that I need to be aware of, please let me know prior to class.

* We will meet at the gate by the Mercure Hotel. I will give a 5 min grace period and we will then move to our class location. My intention is to do class by the main lawn across the kids playground. If you’re late, walk over to that site. If you’re more than 10 mins late, please do not join the class as you would have missed out on the warmup.

* Bring your mat, face towel, water bottle and wear sunblock.

* Class is subject to weather.
