Description
In Hatha Yoga, we focus on the breath and the alignment of the pose as we move through the class. We build strength and flexibility by holding poses whilst breathing deeply. Not the fastest class, but certainly not the slowest! This style of yoga is great for beginners and seasoned yogis alike; I make sure I give several options for poses so that you can take the class at your level. My classes are friendly and welcoming. See you on the mat!
