Description
Join me for an hour's online class to stretch deeply, build flexibility and strength, and connect to the breath and body. The style of yoga I will be teaching is Hatha. We move between asanas (poses) with time to align the body and breathe deeply in each pose. These classes are great if you are short on time, or want to get straight into bed after class! This class will be suitable for people new to yoga or those who have practiced before as I aim to give different options for some of the asanas. I encourage everyone to listen to their own body and what it needs on the day. Challenge yourself, or take more breaks if the body is feeling in more of a struggle mode, it is your practice and I am just a guide.
