Join me for a 60 minute Hatha Yoga Class; with this style of yoga, we hold poses for long enough to find our alignment, breathe deeply and build strength and flexibility. Hatha is a really good style for many bodies because there is time to find the asana (yoga pose) within your body before moving on. I often offer different options for different levels of flexibility and strength and always advocate for students to listen to their bodies.

Join me, webcam on or off (it is totally up to you). You might need: loose fitting clothes that you can move in, a yoga mat, and occasionally we will use yoga blocks and straps. If you don't have any of this, you can practice on a towel on the floor for a bit of grip, and use thick books as blocks, and a belt as a strap.
