We are excited to announce the opening of a new remedial class starting in November, led by Shai Kaplan, along with a dedicated team of Iyengar Yoga certified Iyengar Yoga teachers, including Marie Martinez.

This class is designed to offer personalized, tailor-made programs that cater to individual needs, helping each student progress at their own pace.

Shai Kaplan has been a devoted student of B.K.S. Iyengar and Geeta S. Iyengar since 2004, spending over two decade learning directly from him and the Iyengar family in Pune. For the past 13 years, Shai has specialized in integrating Iyengar Yoga into the medical system, using the practice to support various health conditions.
