Description
Yoga Barre Sculpt is a low-impact workout combining ballet and yoga elements.
In this practice, intentional movements cultivate mindfulness as you build strength in your mind and body.
Yoga flows and exercises built on the foundations of ballet, alignment, and movement quality will increase flexibility, strength, and stability, as well as improve posture and coordination.
No previous ballet or barre experience is needed to enjoy this class! The low-impact practice is gentle on the body and puts minimal pressure on the bones, joints, muscles, and connective tissue, making it well-suited for all body types and fitness levels.
