Hi! My name is Emma I’m a senior here at the university of Alabama and I’m from Rutland, VT. Growing up i was always working out whether it be swimming or playing varsity tennis to participating in group fitness classes. I was always very active. I always knew i wanted to teach group fitness in one way shape or another. After being in a workout rut for a while, a fellow instructor from the yoga studio back home introduced me to inferno hot Pilates. I was hooked and knew not only did i want to take the classes but I wanted to teach them. I want to share my love for IHP with everyone i know! I took my level 1 inferno hot Pilates teacher training in march of 2023 and am planning to add level 2 & 3 training to my portfolio within the next year.
