Description

Meet us on the mat this for this early morning class to increase movement and flexibility. This is NOT a flow class. Whether you have mobility issues or need movement for your sport or everyday life , this class will keep your joints, ligaments, and muscles loose and lengthened and help the body move the way it is intended. It’s a great way to start the day especially if you have a long work day ahead or about to go on a run, bike, golf, etc.
This is an all levels class and 45 minutes.
😉😄Please note!!! The instructor cannot perform miracles, the key is consistent practice!!!
