Doing anything with awareness to how you feel is yoga! In Joanne’s class you will practice self awareness while being physically challenged as you play with your edge. This class combines the strength and mobility in a vinyasa flow still set to music. Expect to move, sweat, and breathe.
Description
In this 60 minute class, poses will be held for longer lengths of time allowing a deep release opening hips creating space and length in the spine going slower helps us to quiet our minds and bodies. All levels modifications and props can be used. A lot of poses will be on the floor.
