Description
Meet us in the studio and on the mat for our FIRST Sound Bath Meditation class!! Our New Instructor Linda Jean will be leading and guiding us.
The general intention of a sound bath is to create a state of harmony in the listener by using sound to clear discordance from the participants energy field. Among the benefits of relaxation sound bath reduces stress and anxiety, improves sleep quality and increases focus and clarity. Emerging research suggests sound bathing may actually lower the stress hormone, cortisol, and relieve pain.
As Neuromuscular Massage Therapist my goal is to help my clients work their way out of physical pain by bringing balance and harmony to the mind-body connect through body work. Sound bath meditation has helped many of my clients find healing and I’m so excited to offer this practice at Studio76!
*** No childcare will be offered during this class and because of the popularity of the class and high possibility of a waitlist, no shows will lose their class and not get it back.
