Doing anything with awareness to how you feel is yoga! In Joanne’s class you will practice self awareness while being physically challenged as you play with your edge. This class combines the strength and mobility in a vinyasa flow still set to music. Expect to move, sweat, and breathe.
Description
Meet Jo Ann on the mat for 🔥heated yoga! Room temperature will be approximately 85 degrees. Bring water and a towel.
You will be connecting mind, body, breath, and movement. This is an intermediate level flow however, if you are a beginner please let Jo Ann know so she can make changes and help you in any way.
