WARM RISE & SHINE YOGA

Sunshine & Soul Studio, SOUL STUDIO
Reo B
Reo had practiced yoga for many years but truly fell in love with it during a pivotal transformation in her life. She says “Every time I stepped onto my mat, I healed piece by piece and this became my sanctuary amongst chaos. I found that having a consistent practise with yoga (both on and off the mat) had such a beautifully powerful impact on my wellbeing.” When she embarked on her teacher training journey, she fell in love with the yogi philosophy and the physical practice even more, and as her knowledge deepened, so did her passion for yoga. When she’s not on her mat, you will find her exploring…”I absolutely love to travel and have a huge bucket of places to go and trainings to accomplish which I cannot wait to share with you!” Through dynamic vinyasa classes, Reo aim is to help people explore their inner strength and resilience while emphasising the importance of being present. 🙏 Aside from yoga and travel, she really enjoys being super creative so anything to do with painting, drawing and sculpting…she’s there! She’s a huge foodie, she also loves going on gorgeous walks in nature, weightlifting, baking, sipping cacao, and LOVES a sound bath too! 🍰 🎶
