I had never done yoga until I started attending the odd kundalini yoga class about 3 years ago after experiencing quite bad anxiety due to grief and many other factors! I hadn’t tried anything like this before and realise how it would open up and slowly begin to heal the buried trauma from the past that I had, I applied for an online course and learnt as much as I could from many teachers and attended as many classes as I could. Over time I grew to love my time on the mat more and more and felt the most comfortable there, whether I was alone or teaching a full class. During my practices I like to encourage others to look inwards, love & be grateful for what is infront of you and heal any pain holding them back from truly living. My favourite quote: When you quiet the mind, the soul will speak.
