Practice a dynamic vinyasa flow followed by a calming and soothing yin yoga with relaxing slow stretches and holds. Melt into stillness to enjoy the benefits of this balanced and harmonious Yin Yang Flow class.

This class incorporates yin and Vinyasa yoga postures, gentle movement, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system.

Suitable for all levels.

At Sunshine and Soul Studio your mat and any additional props are all included in the price...simply turn up with your beautiful self and relax!
