Yin Yoga at The Loft

Description

Yin Yoga is softer, meditative and can help to increase flexibility and flow of energy flow. This class is slower and we'll hold these passive, more floor based poses for longer. The mind and body will soften, relax and release deeply held stress and tension in the body. We'll also uses the asanas to target specific muscles, organs and meridians (energy lines) whist still following the Seasonal Yoga patterns to create harmony and balance within us. This class will help you melt into the weekend.

This class takes place in person in Malachite Studio at The Loft, 154a Main Street, Cambuslang - a beautiful wellness space which brings a great energy to the classes. The class is an hour long and starts at 7.00p.m.

Mats and props are provided and you are welcome to bring your own.

This class is suitable for yogis who attend a class regularly and beginners who want to work deeper in to their bodies.
