This ‘pop up’ yoga class for teens will help teenagers to find some zen and relaxation amongst the pressures of their studies, social pressures and the big decisions that have to make at this time of life.

This one hour class, in the boutique studio at Prana yoga studio, as well as being online via zoom, will include some mindful movement, along with some relaxation techniques and breathing practices in this no phone zone!

Yoga can help to manage stress and anxiety, encourages body positivity, builds physical strength and can help improve our concentration too.

The aim of this pop up class, towards the end of term, is to see if there an appetite for such as class.
