Let time and gravity do its thing for you, as we use yin poses and some myofascial release (think acupressure that you apply to gently relieve those extra tight bits) to relax your neck, shoulders, upper back and even your forearms. Tension can cause chronic pain and affect our posture, mood and sleep, so invest some time for some self care and relaxation.
