Soul Star Energies and Superstar Yoga unite to bring relaxing Yin Yoga and Soundbath to The Wellness Boutique. Yes, a new venue!!

Join us on Sunday 2nd June at 1pm for two hours of self care surrounded by nature, truly a Sunday well spent.

We’ll begin with some relaxing Yin & Restorative Yoga to make sure you’re relaxed and Tension Free. The Soundbath will produce wash over you massaging the senses to encourage relaxation and healing.

The Wellness Boutique is nestled in the countryside, just outside Lanark and you relax as soon as you walk into the calm and soothing surroundings.

You can also consult the Angel and Oracle cards for some spiritual guidance too over a chat at the end of the session.

The yoga is suitable for all abilities and everyone is welcome. Grab your space as it's gonna book up fast.
