One of the reasons Yin yoga can feel so nurturing is that it is time when we can create some space in our lives.

Join me for this Late Summer Yinmersion where you will have the time and space to delve into the Yin practices and postures that support us at this time of year, where the season is calling us back home to nourish and repair ourselves.

We will have time to linger and luxuriate in the poses to really discover what they can do for us mentally, emotionally and physically. Workshopping the practices and postures means we can really look at the poses and make them work better for us.

There will be handouts to take away with you to help you practice what you need at home too. The workshop will also complement the weekly classes to really help you understand the Yin to your Yang energy.

Meditation and relaxation will round off the session to help you relax into and make the most of the Late Summer.
