Twas first day of December and all through Prana studio, not a creature was stirring, not even a yogi in savasana... you know the rest. 😃

Join Lisa and Nicki to get some calm before Christmas using yoga techniques to become serene before Santa arrives.

This mini retreat will include some slow, flowing yoga to burn away the stresses along with some breathing and mindfulness techniques to help you sort your thoughts so you can make that to-do list manageable. Luxuriate in a Yin practice to relax the mind and unwind the tension in the body, rounded off with Yoga's own version of a bedtime story, a blissful yoga nidra. Nourishing (and a little naughty, it is Chritsmas) snacks and beverages will round off our afternoon together.
