Description
Guided class using pilates sequences to develop your powerhouse. Weekly focuses build strength and mobility through the body. At beginner level we provide additional exercise breakdown to support and build understanding and body awareness.
Building blocks and adaptations are always available to support and encourage progress. We provide a safe space where everybody is included.
