Description
Join Bethany of Amaris Healing for a once a month offering at The Motherhood Collective. Bethany is an intuitive reiki practitioner and teacher who focuses on growing the individual's awareness. Every stage of motherhood from raising teens to adults, to capturing the moments with children and toddlers, and growing/conceiving babies come with their own challenges, relearnings, and great rewards. We invite you to join this evening of relaxation and be guided with different tools and insights to better connect to the emotional and energetic body. Each class will begin with space to connect, bond, and learn from one another. Bethany then leads the class into a guided meditation infused with Reiki where each participant receives Reiki as a collective. Not only do we discuss how healing modalities such as meditation and reiki can benefit mother and child, each mother will get to experience the shifts it brings within their lives. The main focus is to bring a stronger connection to oneself and child(ren).
Other benefits from this event might include: reaching a deeper state of sleep, receiving clarity, reducing stress, healing trauma, a sense of release, feeling grounded, feeling anchored to the shifts going on in life, a boost of inspiration and creativity, better connection to our significant other and child(ren), and/or a surge of confidence in who we are. Everyone’s healing will always be unique to them and what is needed in this moment.
