In my classes students can expect to build up a sweat with dynamic movement and breath, exploring some longer holds to build strength and stability. Accessible to all levels and there will be plenty of options to add in some arm balances and inversions if the mood takes you, or, keep it flowy and enjoy the energy.
Description
A 60 minute vinyasa style class, challenging power flows focusing on breath work, mind-body connection and working up a sweat, followed by meditation at the end of the session to clear our busy minds, creating a space of stillness and peace all under the heat of our infrared lights.
