Harriet is owner of the studio, her dream is to create a space that is calming & peaceful, a place of non judgement of ourselves and others, somewhere you can come to completely switch off. Harriet has been a student of yoga since the age of 12 and always seeks out yoga in any country she travels too. Harriet is also qualified in YIN & Reiki.
Description
In this class, students can expect an invigorating workout designed to build up a sweat through dynamic movements synchronized with breath. We will explore some longer holds that help build strength and stability, ensuring a well-rounded practice.

This class is accessible to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. There will be plenty of options to modify your practice according to your comfort and skill level. For those looking to challenge themselves, we will offer opportunities to incorporate arm balances and inversions. Alternatively, if you prefer a more fluid practice, you can keep it flowy and simply enjoy the positive energy of the class.

Our aim is to provide a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can find their own rhythm and pace, making the most of their practice.
