Harriet is owner of the studio, her dream is to create a space that is calming & peaceful, a place of non judgement of ourselves and others, somewhere you can come to completely switch off.
Harriet has been a student of yoga since the age of 12 and always seeks out yoga in any country she travels too.
Harriet is also qualified in YIN & Reiki.
Description
A hot HIIT yoga class is an energizing and challenging fusion of yoga and high-intensity interval training, all performed under the infrared lights. The heat increases circulation, encourages detoxification through sweating, and helps to loosen muscles for deeper stretches.
The class typically starts with a dynamic warm-up, to activate the muscles and prepare the body for more intense work. Then, students move into a series of HIIT intervals, where short bursts of high-effort movements.
Each interval is designed to boost cardiovascular endurance, build strength, and enhance flexibility. Between intervals, there may be opportunities for deep stretches to release built-up tension and prepare for the next round.
