Donald leads this Primary Series Ashtanga Class while Mo demonstrates the postures. This is a dynamic practice flowing from sun salutations and traditional yoga standing postures, followed by a seated sequence finishing with inversions and some deep rest. Suitable for those with a basic knowledge of Ashtanga to experienced practitioners.
