Description
During this class you will be introduced to the foundation standing and seated postures, including sun salutations. Modifications will be offered and we will work incrementally to build physical and emotional well being. Included with the classes will be calming and energising breathing techniques and of course relaxation.This class is a great introduction to stronger practices, if that is the intention but works perfectly as a balanced practice on its own.
