Sarah became curious about Yoga after travelling to India in 2008. Yoga gradually became part of her routine and she did her first Yoga teacher training in 2016. Since then, Sarah has also trained to teach Rocket and Yin Yoga.
Sarah has experienced firsthand the incredible benefits of Yoga and is passionate about sharing this with others. Her style of teaching is creative and energising while maintaining a focus on alignment and moving with the breath.'

Description
This energetic practice is based around traditional Ashtanga vinyasa. You will have the chance to try advanced postures such as arm balances, but modifications will always be given. Come with an open heart and some space for playfulness. This is a strong, invigorating practice that will help you to build foundations for inversions, while developing strength in both your body and mind.
