Description
Taking elements of different styles of yoga practice including Forrest yoga, Vinyasa and Ashtanga functional vinyasa aims to create stability and increase range of motion in the body. You can expect core work, use of props, myofascial release and long-held postures. While the postures themselves in each class will be different the structure of class will be as follows: breathwork (pranayama), warmup, core work, sun salutations, a variety of standing and seated postures.
