Join Claire the studio or from the comfort of your home to gently stretch into your week.
Claire will guide you through a traditional yin practice - 75 minutes of long held, deeply stretching postures, using the stillness and breath to observe the body and potentially calm the minds.
Throughout the practice you are encouraged to observe the arising sensations of the body, mind and breath, treading lightly with a deep sense of compassion.
