Soft yoga flow is designed for practitioners of all levels and brings in teachings from yoga philosophy and places more emphasis on pranayama (breath work). This class will lead you through mindful stretches and a slow-flowing sequence to release tension, increase flexibility and bring awareness to the present moment whilst deepening your understanding of elements of yoga beyond the physical.
