This is a combo class for more experienced yogis. Vinyasa movement will build strength and balance in your body and mind. Using breath work to link the mind to the movement, it's the perfect class to grow your practice. For those who have a more advanced practice, this class will be challenging with a dynamic Vinyasa flow. Integrating strength poses and inversions along with with flowing sequencing, this class is designed to create inner heat to detoxify the body and mind. This class is held in a heated room.
