Studies show that using relaxing and soothing sound as well as vibration as a therapeutic tool can foster a sense of deep relaxation and lead to reduction of stress. Being in a completely relaxed state releases muscle tension, reducing inflammation and improving immune function. Sound and vibrational therapy can also help with anxiety reduction and improve quality of sleep which has many health benefits.
This is a 75 minute full sound bath experience. There are no yoga poses or sequences included in this experience. You can sit or recline on a yoga mat or blanket in a comfortable position allowing the vibrational sounds to envelop your mind and body providing a sense of surrender and relaxation.
