For those up for a fun and challenging class. Inspired by the Ashtanga Vinyasa sequences, these classes are always a little different; a mix of yoga poses linked together by vinyasa, often described as 'intense'. As well as working on flexibility, you will build stability, strength and stamina as we introduce balance poses, inversions, and back-bends.
