Our Barre Pilates class is a 45-minute, high-energy workout that blends the strength-building power of Pilates with the elegance of ballet (without the challenging ballet routine). This class uses precise movements and high-repetition exercises to sculpt and challenge your muscles, leaving you feeling the burn.
Expect upbeat music, ballet-inspired moves, and props like resistance bands, and ankle weights to take your workout to the next level. You’ll target your glutes, thighs, core, and arms, building strength, endurance, and flexibility while improving posture.
