Our Chair Pilates class is a 45-minute, low-impact session that focuses on mindful, yet effective movement. Perfect for all levels, this class prioritises stability, mobility and balance, guiding you through seated and standing exercises that build strength in a safe, supportive way.
Chair Pilates is gentle on the joints but powerful in it's impact, leaving you feeling grounded, balanced, and rejuvenated. Accessible and inviting, our studio is on the ground floor with no steps to worry about - come as you are, all welcome!
