Join Tineke for mindful vinyasa at the Tribe. This class contains a grounding breathing exercise, activating yang part and relaxing, softening yin part. An ideal way to tune in with the body and mind and find a balance between the physical and energetic aspects of life. 

The yoga studio is located on the second floor of Hofplein 19. You can get there by taking the elevator or walking 6 stairs.
