Description

In this class, we move our bodies and exercise our minds in a way that soothes our nervous system. This class will reduce stress, ease body pains, improve digestion and help you find clarity of mind and compassion. Expect playful combinations of hatha yoga, yin yoga, meditation and breathing exercises.

The yoga studio is located on the second floor of Hofplein 19. You can get there by taking the elevator or walking 6 stairs.
