Geneve was introduced to yoga at age 13 by her grandmother and it has been a huge part of her life ever since. She is trained in therapeutic yoga and is very passionate about supporting you in gaining more mobility. Geneve has a soft spoken and gentle approach to teaching which lights up the room.
Description
Join Geneve as she guides you through a yoga series targeting areas such as your core, hips, glutes, hamstrings and calves, which are all areas of the body that can cause back pain.

Geneve is a 1000 hour trained yoga teacher, specializing in back mobility. She is extremely knowledgable about the human body and how it functions and is passionate about sharing this with you.

In this class, your will learn a lot about your body, how you hold stress and where you hold tension. You will learn how to manage this on and off your mat.

This class will support your in strengthening the areas in your body that cause back pain and get you back to feeling great!

This class will focus on areas like your core, hips, glutes, hamstrings and calves that can all cause discomfort in your back. Learn valuable take home tools to use to ease your back pain outside of the studio too!
