Join Shalyn in this 90min Yin and Meditation class and let's slow down together! We will begin by moving our bodies and then end in an extended savasana meditation. This is a great way to end your week. Yin is a slower paced class where we hold postures for a longer period of time. In this class we will be seated or laying down on our mats. This class is a slower paced class that stimulates your parasympathetic nervous system and encourages you to slow down by bringing awareness to your breath and the connection between your mind, body and spirit.
Yin focuses on stretching the deep connective tissues like ligaments, tendons and fascia rather than the superficial muscle tissue. We will get into the good stuff here!
