Description
Join Brooke in this unique class that will deepen your awareness and knowledge around what it means to have a healthy digestive system.

You’ll move through specified yoga postures pranayama (breath work) & meditation to improve and even heal your digestive system in a slower paced class.

Each practice will bring its own uniqueness but every class will focus on healing your gut from the inside out!

Brooke will make her homemade fresh ginger and lemon tea for you, which is amazing for your gut. Your tea will accompany you during your practice.

With digestion as the focus you’ll also naturally begin to balance out your solar plexus chakra too.

Join us, it’s always a good time and not a class goes by where we don’t have a good laugh!
