Hello, I’m Dale and I’m so excited to be here. I’ll start by saying I’m happily married to my high-school sweetheart and a fur mom to our spoiled kitty, Sammi. I love, live and place high importance on all things health, from moving my body, eating well, surrounding myself with uplifting people and creating quiet time to recharge. As a certified personal trainer, fitness and barre instructor, I try to inspire everyone, who will listen, to adopt healthy lifestyles. I live by example as I wasn’t always on this path. A life-changing event woke me up, over 20 years ago, and I’m grateful as it made me take the steps needed to improve myself and my life. That I get to share, what I’ve learned, is the cherry on top! Besides fitness, I love food and cooking it. I even love shopping for it. Friends/family time and lake time top all and I’ve recently took up the art of crocheting and love making things from blankets to stuffies.
Description
What is mobility? It’s not stretching, flexibility, stability or strength, even though it’s made up of all these components. Mobility is simply completing our daily activities, like walking, sitting or running, without needing assistance or being laid up afterwards. When your body moves, as intended, you just feel better. “We don’t stop playing because we grow old, we grow old because we stop playing!” George Bernard Shaw

BEing Mobile is a one hour class, for ALL levels and ages, focusing on all areas of movements as we strive for better range of motion, more strength and improved joint articulation in our bodies. This class will 'meet you where you are’, using mostly your own bodyweight with some equipment, to assist.
